  • you-know-who

(e.g.) ‘I just got a massage from you-know-who’

  • old mate (オーストラリア英語)

(e.g.) ‘I saw her kissing old mate again. ‘

‘Wow look at the old mate there!’

Hey mate, how are you going?

米:Hey buddy/bro, how are you going?

  • somebody

Oops, we’ve missed the train because somebody came late.

関連語

  • what’s-her-name|what’s-his-name

I just bumped into what’s-her-name

Oops, we’ve missed the train because somebody came late.

Ex2

I saw her kissing old mate again.
