I apologise for causing you trouble
It’s a very polite (and quite Japanese) phrase which is usually used as “お手数をおかけしますが、どうぞよろしくお願いします”, meaning “I apologise for causing you trouble; I truly appreciate your help/patience”. This entire phrase is often put at the end of a message when you ask someone to do something (esp. your boss or customer) a bit laborious in a very polite way. In English, it’s similar to “Kind regards” or “Thank you for your cooperation”.
